My name is April, and I am the founder of Delivered Doula Services. I am a faith-driven doula whose purpose is to uplift mothers—especially within the Black community—by offering guidance that is nurturing, informed, and deeply personal.

I believe birth is more than a medical event; it is a moment designed by God, filled with purpose, strength, and divine intention. Because of this, I support each mother with spiritual grounding, emotional reassurance, and the knowledge she needs to feel fully empowered.

My Journey as a VBAC Warrior

My experience with VBAC shaped my passion for supporting mothers who desire a healing birth. I understand the fear, the hope, and the determination that comes with choosing a vaginal birth after cesarean.

This personal journey is the reason I proudly offer specialized VBAC support—so no mother feels alone while making decisions about her body, her birth, and her healing. Every VBAC story deserves affirmation, preparation, and unwavering advocacy, and that is exactly what I provide.

Black mothers deserve culturally aligned care, safety, and respect. My work intentionally supports Black women through informed birth planning, emotional advocacy, and a heart that understands their experiences.
